My names Andrew. So nice to have you here.
I'm the Author of PhillyWingFry and I'd like to give you a quick introduction. A bit of insight into what you can find here . . .
I have always had a love for food that carried right from childhood up into my adult life. I've spent a lot of time researching, learning, testing and failing at all sorts of foodie trials over the years. All for the better though! Every failed recipe or technique just hones our skills for the next time.
The internet gives is such an easy platform to access, but a lot of the information you find on it can really be misleading or just plain wrong at times; not very helpful at all.
Just a short while back, I thought that perhaps I could help others by giving insight into things that affect us everyday in our kitchen and food endeavors.Ā
I'm most certainly not alone in my daily search for delicious food enlightenment!
